We Are Girls Austin

Sat, 11/04/2017 (All day)

The We Are Girls Conferences, produced by Girls Empowerment Network (GEN) are held in Austin and Houston, Texas annually and are designed especially for thousands of 3rd – 8th grade girls and the adults who care about them. With dynamic break-out sessions and an empowering dance party, girls get to be totally in charge of their day. They walk away inspired by what’s possible and with a new belief in their personal power. The 2017-2018 theme is “Become Unstoppable.” Tickets cost $30 per person and 50% of attendees receive scholarships.

Mon, 06/20/2016 - 9:00am to Fri, 07/29/2016 - 4:00pm

Girls Empowerment Network’s summer day camp, campGEN, serves girls in grades 4-8. campGEN girls participate in fun, interactive workshops during weeklong sessions that are designed to help girls feel more confident as they navigate girlhood. Girls will gain new skills, new friendships and a new sense of self!
